Do you perform rodent proofing or exclusion services?
No, we do not offer rodent proofing or exclusion.
I only had a small pest infestation, can’t you just remove the droppings?
Cleaning contaminated insulation is like finding a needle in a haystack – except the haystack is the size of your attic and the needles are mouse, rat, squirrel, or bat droppings. Your existing insulation needs to be completely removed in order to ensure that your attic is properly sanitized.
The good news is that your pest control company will have a much easier time performing a thorough exclusion service with your old insulation removed.
Do you remove all types of insulation?
Currently we are able to remove:
- Batt insulation
- Blown-in fiberglass insulation
- Blown-in cellulose insulation
At this time, we are not offering:
- Spray foam insulation removal
- Asbestos abatement*
*Note: aAsbestos was used in certain types of loose-fill and blown-in insulation up until 1990. If your home is newer than this, then it is unlikely (although still possible) that your insulation contains asbestos. Homes with older insulation need to be inspected by a professional.
